My daughters loved this place and recommended it and wanted to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted with a sales person for a bagel that said oh we don’t have that but we just have two bagels left. Never mind, that they’re open till 4 PM and it was 1 PM. Instead of how can I help you, we will have to make your bagel, or it’ll just be a minute and we’d love to serve you. Very disappointing service very disappointing attitude.

It was 2:30 and they told me they only had everything bagels when you could obviously see bagels in the case..odd to say the least. I said ok, maybe the bagels are for the next day. I then tried to order a latte. They told me they couldn't make espresso. I would totally understand if they were 30 minutes before close but a whole hour and 30 minutes is a lot of time before close. If only one type of bagel is available and no espresso is available you might as well as close at 2:30.

Such a lovely building that has nicely transitioned into a delicious bagel cafe! There is a decent selection of bagels and cream cheeses, and I am excited to keep an eye out for unique spreads of the month. The chipotle chorizo spread was very good if you like a little spice! I wish there was a little more selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads, like some sweet options rather than only savory. Love the sitting areas, high ceiling, and natural light! Great place for students to study.

I Used to love Cleveland bagel but they always forget my cream cheese for DoorDash. I know I should stop ordering since it’s happened 5 times but I love the bagels. They also gave me a burnt bagel, disappointed
